When an item is listed on our website as a pre-order, we will include an estimated time of arrival in the product description. Although we try to make sure all information listed on our site is accurate, delivery dates for pre-ordered items cannot be guaranteed and can change. 

If a customer places an order for a product that is currently in pre-order status, we cannot cancel the order.
